Elurra is Basque for snow. Elurra is a blend of white grapes resulting in a clean refreshing wine.
Elurra is a two varietal blend coming from both of our estate vineyards.
Windy Ridge Estate Vineyard is located in south Meridian, within the Snake River Valley AVA. The vines were planted in 2004 in sandy loam soil with substantial caliche content. The six-acre site was formerly an organic vegetable farm. No pesticides or herbicides are used on the vineyard.
Vizcaya Estate vineyard located at the winery site between Kuna and Nampa. The first planting at this vineyard was in 2014.
